You don’t have to arrive as an expert. With practice, support, and persistence, you’ll gain the confidence and reliability to lead well — and you’ll never have to walk that journey alone.

You’ll progress through three phases designed to build a lasting leadership lifestyle:

1. Orientation (Days 1–12): Establish your baseline, learn the framework, and prepare your first training plan.

2. Practice Cycle (Days 13–90): Apply daily leadership workouts, track your progress, and develop habits that last.

3. Certification: Recognition for completing your first cycle — and the invitation to continue building with us as you grow.

1. Full-immersion path: Dedicate 4–8 hours per day and complete the Guides in 13–15 workdays, then spend the remaining 75–77 days reinforcing and living the training.

2. Steady-practice path: Work through the exercises across the full 90 days at your own rhythm.
